Refund policy


1. Returns & Exchanges



  • All sales are final due to the nature of hair extensions and hygiene reasons.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted once hair has been opened, worn, washed, colored, or altered in any way.
  • If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos. We will review and work to resolve the issue.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if an item is proven defective and returned unopened, unused, and in its original condition within our inspection guidelines.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • By purchasing from Luxé22, you agree to our no chargeback policy.
  • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for issues covered under our policy (such as processing times, shipping delays, or buyer’s remorse) is considered fraudulent.
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action and/or report fraudulent disputes to collections if necessary.
  • Please contact us directly with any concerns before opening a dispute — we’re here to help resolve issues quickly and fairly.
